DCS X1 PRO Deployment Models

The DCS X1 PRO system is available in two deployment models, allowing alignment of investment scope with the partner’s operational capabilities. The solution architecture has been designed in a modular manner, enabling the mobile hydraulic filtration station to function either as an independent operational base or as part of a fully integrated UAV system.

The first model includes delivery of the mobile station as a standalone operational unit intended for integration with the client’s existing industrial drone platform. This solution is dedicated to entities that already possess a UAV platform with sufficient payload capacity and stabilization performance and seek to expand into industrial standard aerial cleaning operations.

The second model includes a complete operational system consisting of the mobile station, the DJI Matrice 400 drone platform, and full hydraulic and control system integration. Within this variant, technical configuration, system calibration, operational testing, and preparation for real field conditions are conducted. This solution is designed for companies intending to initiate operations based on a ready to deploy, fully integrated platform.

Mobile Station as Operational Base

The base model includes delivery of a complete mobile pumping and filtration station equipped with an RO/DI system, water heating module, 550 L buffer tank, and power line management system. The unit is delivered as a ready to operate logistical platform contained within a single transport pallet configuration.

Deployment under this model includes compatibility analysis with the client’s UAV platform, configuration of hydraulic parameters, and adaptation of the system to the planned operational height and facility characteristics. This solution enables utilization of existing hardware resources and shortens time to market entry into drone based cleaning without requiring acquisition of a new aerial platform.

Complete Operational System with UAV Platform

The extended model includes delivery of a complete, fully integrated operational system consisting of the mobile hydraulic filtration station and the DJI Matrice 400 UAV platform, including integration of washing and control systems. This solution is intended for entities wishing to enter the aerial cleaning segment without independently configuring and testing component compatibility.

Deployment includes installation and integration of the hydraulic system with the aerial platform, configuration of operational parameters, calibration of control systems, and operational testing under conditions closely aligned with target project environments. The system is prepared according to planned working height, facility characteristics, and contamination profiles.

Architecture of the DCS X1 PRO System

The DCS X1 PRO architecture has been designed as an integrated operational system rather than a set of independent components. The structure is based on three primary modules: the UAV platform, the mobile power and filtration station, and the pumping and heating system with water management integration. The system is based on high quality Italian pumps rated at 2.2 to 3.0 kW, providing working pressure up to approximately 155 bar while maintaining required water supply between 2 and 5 bar. The integrated 550 liter buffer tank stabilizes flow and limits parameter fluctuations during dynamic UAV operation.

A key component of the system is RO/DI filtration technology, enabling operation with demineralized water and eliminating the risk of streaking and mineral deposits on glass surfaces and photovoltaic panels. The inline heating module allows water temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius, increasing effectiveness in removing grease and industrial contaminants and enabling safe cleaning of heated surfaces under strong solar exposure. Automatic hose drum systems stabilize the supply line during take off, operation, and landing, which is critical when working at heights up to 150 meters.
